Verrow eau de parfum

A fragrance campaign set exploring two lighting directions from one glass build.

Concept Project. Created in-house to demonstrate visual range and deliverables. Not commissioned by the brand shown, which is fictional.

A faceted glass fragrance bottle with a brushed brass cap on a dark polished surface, throwing sharp light refractions.

Project objective

Test a soft studio direction against a hard daylight direction for a fragrance campaign, without booking two photography days to find out which one worked.

Input provided

A 3D file of the bottle from the glass manufacturer, a brass cap sample, and a moodboard split between two creative directions.

Visual approach

Faceted glass is a lighting problem, not a modeling problem. The studio version uses a hard key to force clean caustics through the bevels; the campaign version uses window light through blinds so the same bottle reads warmer and more domestic.

Deliverables

  • One hero render, dark studio direction
  • Four marketplace angles
  • One hard-daylight campaign scene
  • Macro cap and glass facet detail
  • Both lighting directions from a single build
