No surprise invoices.

We provide a defined scope and final quote before production begins. Pricing varies with product complexity, modeling requirements, materials, number of products, scenes, animation, turnaround, revisions, and source-file delivery.

Prices shown are starting points in USD, not guaranteed final prices. Your quote is the price we hold ourselves to.

What changes the number

Eight things that move a quote up or down.

Nothing here is hidden until invoice time. If one of these applies to your project, we tell you at the quote stage.

  • Product complexity

A smooth bottle is faster to build than a device with hinges, mesh, transparent parts and moving components.

  • What you can send us

Usable CAD shortens modeling considerably. Building from photos and drawings takes longer and costs more.

  • Materials and finishes

Brushed metal, frosted glass, liquid, fabric and foil each need their own setup and render time.

  • Number of products

Catalog work is priced per SKU and gets cheaper per unit as volume grows.

  • Scenes and environments

Clean studio backgrounds are included. Custom lifestyle environments are built per scene.

  • Motion and interactivity

Animation and 360 views are quoted separately because they add render time and technical delivery work.

  • Turnaround

Standard scheduling is included in the prices above. Compressed timelines carry a rush fee we agree in advance.

  • Source-file delivery

Final images include standard commercial usage. Handing over the editable 3D source files is priced separately.

Add-ons

Extras quoted on top of any package.

Once a product is built, additions are far cheaper than starting a new project. These are the most commonly requested.

  • Additional angle or crop

Priced per image from an existing approved scene.

  • Extra color or material variant

Priced per variant once the product is built.

  • Additional lifestyle scene

Priced per scene, including art direction.

  • Product animation

    Quoted by duration and complexity.

  • 360-degree view

Quoted by frame count and delivery format.

  • Source 3D file handover

Quoted per product, agreed in writing before delivery.

Process

Four stages, two approval points, no surprises in between.

Most of what goes wrong in visualization projects comes from approving the wrong thing too late. We split the work so you sign off the product build before we spend time on lighting, and sign off draft renders before we commit to final resolution.

    Usually within one business day

  2. 02

    Build and Approve

    Typically two to four days

  3. 03

    Art Direct and Render

Lighting, materials, composition and scenes, reviewed at draft resolution first.

    Typically three to seven days

  4. 04

    Deliver and Scale

Correctly sized files for each channel, and a model that is ready for the next campaign.

Same day once finals are approved

Questions

The things brands ask before they commit.

If your question is not here, ask it in your brief and we will answer it directly.

How many revisions are included?

Starter Visual includes one revision round, Launch System includes two, and Campaign System includes three. A round means you collect your feedback into one consolidated set of notes and we address it together. Changes that alter the agreed scope, such as a new angle, a new scene or a redesigned product, are quoted as additions rather than absorbed silently.

What affects the final price?

Product complexity, what source material you can provide, the materials and finishes involved, how many products you need, how many custom scenes are required, whether you want motion or 360 views, how fast you need it, and whether you want the editable source files. The pricing page breaks each of these down.

Do I own the final images?

Our standard engagement grants you commercial usage rights to the delivered images for marketing and sales of the product shown. The exact wording, territory and duration are set out in the agreement we send with your quote. Tell us up front if you need exclusive rights, resale rights, or usage beyond your own marketing, and we will price it accordingly.

Can the 3D model be reused later?

Yes, and that is the point of building it properly. We retain your product model and scene files so a new colorway, a new angle or a seasonal campaign does not start from scratch. Returning work on an existing model is significantly faster and cheaper than the original build. If you want the editable source files handed over to your own team, that is available as a separately quoted deliverable.
