Process

Four stages, two approval points, no surprises in between.

Most of what goes wrong in visualization projects comes from approving the wrong thing too late. We split the work so you sign off the product build before we spend time on lighting, and sign off draft renders before we commit to final resolution.

  1. 01

    Share Your Brief

Send what you have. We come back with scope, timeline and a fixed quote.

You send the product details and whatever source material exists, even if that is only phone photos and a sketch. We ask the questions that actually change the estimate, then send a written scope covering deliverables, timeline, revision rounds and price. Nothing starts until you approve it.

    What you do

    • Send CAD, drawings, dielines, photos or references
    • Tell us where the images will be used
    • Confirm dimensions, materials and finishes

    You end up with

A written scope and fixed quote

    Typical timing

    Usually within one business day

  2. 02

    Build and Approve

We model the product and get the geometry signed off before any lighting work.

We build the 3D product and check it against your references. You review a simple grey model preview and confirm that proportions, details and proportional relationships are right. Catching a geometry problem here is quick. Catching it after final rendering is not, which is why this checkpoint exists.

    What you do

    • Review the grey model preview
    • Flag anything dimensionally wrong
    • Approve the build before we light it

    You end up with

    An approved product model

    Typical timing

    Typically two to four days

  3. 03

    Art Direct and Render

Lighting, materials, composition and scenes, reviewed at draft resolution first.

We set materials, build the lighting and compose each shot, then send draft renders for your feedback. Reviewing at draft resolution keeps the revision rounds fast and cheap. Once you approve the drafts, we render everything at full resolution and finish it.

    What you do

    • Review draft renders
    • Send consolidated feedback in one pass
    • Approve the drafts for final rendering

    You end up with

Approved draft renders, then finished images

    Typical timing

    Typically three to seven days

  4. 04

    Deliver and Scale

Correctly sized files for each channel, and a model that is ready for the next campaign.

You receive final images in web-ready and high resolution, cropped and named for the channels you told us about. Your product model and scenes stay on file, so the next colorway, angle, scene or animation starts from an asset that already exists rather than from scratch.

    What you do

    • Confirm final files
    • Tell us which channels need extra crops

    You end up with

Final delivery, plus a reusable product asset

    Typical timing

Same day once finals are approved

Timings are typical rather than guaranteed and assume feedback arrives inside the review windows set out in your quote. Your written quote carries the dates we actually commit to.

From source to final

This is what we start with.

Every finished image begins as untextured geometry. We check the build against your references first, then light it, set materials and compose the shot. The comparison below shows the approval preview beside the delivered render of the same product.

Untextured grey clay render of a compact smart speaker, used as the geometry approval preview.
Stage 02 - Grey model approval

Geometry checked against references. No materials, no lighting decisions yet.

Finished photorealistic render of a charcoal fabric smart speaker lit with a warm amber rim light.
Stage 03 - Delivered render

Materials, studio lighting and composition applied to the approved build.

Questions

The things brands ask before they commit.

If your question is not here, ask it in your brief and we will answer it directly.

What do you need from me to begin?

Anything that describes the product accurately. CAD files are ideal, but technical drawings, packaging dielines, a physical sample we can reference, or clear photos from several angles all work. Tell us the dimensions, the materials and finishes, and where the images will be used. If you are not sure what you have, send what you can and we will tell you what is missing.

How long does a project take?

A single-product Starter Visual typically runs about one week from approved brief to final files. A Launch System usually takes one to two weeks, and a Campaign System two to three. Catalog and animation work is scheduled individually. Every quote includes a specific timeline with review dates, and the schedule assumes feedback comes back within the agreed windows.

How many revisions are included?

Starter Visual includes one revision round, Launch System includes two, and Campaign System includes three. A round means you collect your feedback into one consolidated set of notes and we address it together. Changes that alter the agreed scope, such as a new angle, a new scene or a redesigned product, are quoted as additions rather than absorbed silently.

Can the 3D model be reused later?

Yes, and that is the point of building it properly. We retain your product model and scene files so a new colorway, a new angle or a seasonal campaign does not start from scratch. Returning work on an existing model is significantly faster and cheaper than the original build. If you want the editable source files handed over to your own team, that is available as a separately quoted deliverable.

Start with stage one.

Send whatever you have. We come back with the questions that matter, a recommended scope and a fixed quote.
