Northbound coffee packaging

Pack visuals produced from a dieline so artwork could be approved before the print run.

Concept Project. Created in-house to demonstrate visual range and deliverables. Not commissioned by the brand shown, which is fictional.

A kraft paper coffee pouch and a matte black steel tin on dark concrete with scattered coffee beans.

Project objective

Let the team compare finishes and approve packaging artwork internally before committing to a print run, then reuse the same files as launch imagery.

Input provided

The pouch dieline and tin specification as vector files, plus substrate swatches for the kraft stock and the bronze foil.

Visual approach

Kraft paper and foil sit at opposite ends of the reflectance range, so the shot is lit to hold both. A raking key picks up the paper fiber while a controlled reflection keeps the foil from blowing out.

Deliverables

  • One hero render, pouch and tin arrangement
  • Four marketplace angles of the pouch
  • One kitchen counter lifestyle scene
  • Macro substrate and foil detail
  • Matte, gloss and soft-touch finish comparisons

Final gallery

The same product build, used for a hero image, a marketplace listing, a campaign scene and a material detail.
